YOUR FULLY CATERED PLAN INCLUDES offers an array of fresh homemade baked goods included in your full continental breakfast, your choice of a custom designed, packaged lunch or a trip back to the lodge for a deck lunch. Our dinner menu features an array of westcoast cuisine including of course: a variety of food from the sea, fresh crisp salads, locally grown in season vegetables and we haven't forgotten your sweet tooth either!!

Our Red Seal Chef, Steve Taplin takes local ingredients to new heights with his passion for food. For our overseas guests Steve, who received a great deal of his training in Germany and has been very influenced by international cuisine can also speak French, Greek and even some Portuguese.


Tasty "Aft Appies" await your return to the Lodge after your day of fishing, kayaking, wildlife viewing or exploring. Great complimentary table wines specifically chosen each year, are served with dinner

WATER TAXI SERVICES
- $175/hour CAD (one hour minimum)*
Fully insured for commercial transport of crews and equipment. Includes personal transportation, sightseeing, Nootka Trail drop off and pick up, and transport of kayaks, canoes, or gear to a variety of locations.

Payment terms and conditions:
Rates are quoted in Canadian funds.Packages do not include fishing licenses,alcohol, applicable taxes - 5% GST, 8% HRT, gratuities. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of booking to hold your dates and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Insurance is advised. Payment accepted by Cash,Travellers Cheque,Visa or Mastercard/Paypal.(Personal cheques or company cheques Invoiced by request)
 


Nature Watching:
Spend a day or more exploring some of the hundreds of miles of coastline on one of our guided boats or on your own. Every spring the area sees the annual migration of Grey Whales. Come see the quiet splendor of these magnificent mammals.Killer Whales, Porpoise, Seals, Sea Lions and Sea Otters also inhabit the area. Watch bald eagles dive for fish in front of the lodge or watch bears forage along the shoreline.



Kayaking or Canoeing: The West Coast of Vancouver Island is the perfect location for kayaking and canoeing. We can arrange for rentals to be available upon your arrival, and can drop you off for a day of exploring the hundreds of small islands and reefs that surround us. You can be dropped off at a different area each day or make the lodge your starting point and create your own expedition. Add on a day to your fishing trip and truly turn your visit into an adventure!!!

Relax at the Lodge: If you want to relax and rejuvenate your spirit, there is plenty of deck space to enjoy the unspoiled scenery. Spend a quiet day at the Lodge reading that great book you never seem to have time to get to, or just close your eyes and enjoy the silence of nature. Time stands still while lounging on the dock outside your room. When you feel a bit more energetic, you can fish from the dock, search for oysters and clams on nearby beaches, or drop a few traps for crabs and prawns.
